List of projects
In this screen, you can create and modify projects, as well as perform other actions such as applying a template en masse.
By default, projects with a completed or archived status (or more precisely, a status with a completed metastatus) are not displayed. The list is filtered on active elements. Simply remove the filter criteria to see all projects.

Consultation of a project to which the user is assigned- If no rights are set, then only projects for which the logged-in user is project manager are displayed.
This screen can be accessed by clicking on the homepage block titles 
Project hierarchies can be displayed in the list. There is no display limit, except for hierarchies with multiple attachments: a maximum of 3 can be displayed.

Searching and organizing the list
We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.
This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

- in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
- in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.
Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

This button downloads/opens the project summary sheet set by default (

It is possible to modify List, Chain, Digital, Boolean or Date without leaving the project list screen.
Quick editing can only be performed on one project at a time.
This button is available to the right of a project line.

Advanced modifications
This button is used to enter a new start date for smoothing the remaining work . If a new date is entered, then projects already completed on this date are displayed as they are not rescheduled, while the overall remaining work of other projects is smoothed from the new date selected. If the end date of the project or phase is earlier than the selected date, then a new smoothing start date will be entered in the past.

This button allows you to modify multiple items of information with a single click.
Use this button to delete one or more projects at a time. A confirmation window appears to confirm the deletion.
Project status must not be defined on the basis of In progress to be deleted
Creating a project
There are five ways to create a project:
- Projects - template creation
- Projects - Creating an empty project
- Projects - Creating from a project (copy)
- Import

Creation using a template
template creation saves time, harmonizes projects and ensures that practices are applied throughout the organization

Only hierarchies specified in the creation form are displayed.

This creation mode allows you to start from scratch, with no pre-filled fields.
