List of projects

In this screen, you can create and modify projects, as well as perform other actions such as applying a template en masse.

By default, projects with a completed or archived status (or more precisely, a status with a completed metastatus) are not displayed. The list is filtered on active elements. Simply remove the filter criteria to see all projects.

La view List of projectsList of projects is available for this screen: you can display attributes, hierarchical attachments and so on. If you display historical attributes, they will be displayed with the value corresponding to the period the period selector.

Rights required :

  • Consultation of a project to which the user is assignedConsultation of a project to which the user is assigned
  • If no rights are set, then only projects for which the logged-in user is project manager are displayed.

Project hierarchies can be displayed in the list. There is no display limit, except for hierarchies with multiple attachments: a maximum of 3 can be displayed.

Searching and organizing the list

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.

This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

Once selected, a filter remains active until deselected by the user. When logged out, if a filter was active at logout, it will still be active the next time the user logs in.

This list of projects can be filtered using several criteria:

Then click on RegisterRegister to apply the filter and CloseClose to return to the list.

Please note that project filters and filter criteria appliedaction the FilterFilter are cumulative.

SortSort

This button is used to sort :

  • in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
  • in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

Creating a static filter

This button creates a new private project filter. Projects selected before clicking on this button will be added to the filter: it will therefore be a static filter. A window appears: a WordingWording must be filled in for the filter to be created. List of private project filters : ProjectProject

Creating and modifying a project

Add

Adds a new project. See Projects - Creating a projectProjects - Creating a project

Project sheet

This button downloads/opens the project summary sheet set by default (ProjectProject or summary sheetsummary sheet document).

Quick editing

It is possible to modify List, Chain, Digital, Boolean or Date without leaving the project list screen. Quick editing can only be performed on one project at a time.

Advanced modifications

Apply a template

This field is used to select the project template to be applied. ProjectProject

Once the fields have been defined, click on RegisterRegister.

A confirmation message appears: changes cannot be undone.

Update smoothing start date

This button is used to enter a new start date for smoothing the remaining work . If a new date is entered, then projects already completed on this date are displayed as they are not rescheduled, while the overall remaining work of other projects is smoothed from the new date selected. If the end date of the project or phase is earlier than the selected date, then a new smoothing start date will be entered in the past.

Modify en masse

This button allows you to modify multiple items of information with a single click.

Mass deletionMass deletion

Use this button to delete one or more projects at a time. A confirmation window appears to confirm the deletion.
