List of projects

This screen allows you to create a view, which modifies the display of the platform's project list.

Here are the fields found in this screen:

WordingWording

Entering a descriptive label will make it easy to identify in the list of views.

CodeCode

Codes are generally entered in uppercase letters and with underscores _ It is important to enter them because they can be helpful in case of an error.

OrderOrder

The order in which the view in the list of views within the project list

Long labelLong label

Enter a label that is longer than the character limit for the Label field.

DescriptionDescription

Enter additional information in this field to describe your view

IconIcon

The icon will appear when you select the view. You can upload an image file.

There are several options for managing the illustration:

Replace with a new fileReplace with a new file

This button allows you to upload a file or a URL to replace the content currently in the field.

EditEdit

Allows you to give more information to the icon.

Three fields can then be modified:

Allows you to delete the file added to illustrate the view

If this box is checked, projects related to the displayed project will be listed.

If this box is checked, the list of projects will no longer appear as a list, but as squares/thumbnails, providing a different view of the projects

Select specific project attributes and use drag-and-drop to arrange them in a particular order relative to one another. You can deselect the project code so that it no longer appears automatically in the list of projects.

CockpitCockpit

This is the cockpit type cockpit when the cockpit was added cockpit You can select a cockpit the list:

  • Budget
  • Exchange
  • Planning
  • Resource

Add

Adds a cockpit.

A window appears when you click on Add before the cockpit list.

This window appears when you click on Add (a cockpit) at the end of the Consolidated Cockpits view creation form .
This window appears when you click on Add (a cockpit) at the end of the Consolidated Cockpits view creation form .

You can then click on Cancel or Add.

MoveMove

Drag and drop to move one cockpit before or after another.

This will allow one cockpit to appear before another in the view.

Allows you to modify a cockpit that has already been added.

This window appears when you modify a cockpit that has already been created, at the end of the form for creating/modifying a consolidated Cockpits view .

Deletes a cockpit added to the view.

Possible actions upon modification

Apply

This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.

RegisterRegister

Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

SeehistorySeehistory

Displays a list of changes made to this view by all users.

Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.

DeleteDelete

Deletes a view.
