Project header

This screen allows you to create a view to modify the display of the project header bar for each project. You can therefore create as manyProject Header view as you have project types or projects in total.

What screen does this view appear on?

Once a project has been selected, the view corresponds to the gray header bar.

To change the project header view , click on SettingSetting in the project drawer, then on the Settings - Display tabSettings - Display tab and change the view in the Project header field.

Here are the fields found in this screen:

WordingWording

Entering a descriptive label will make it easy to identify in the list of views.

CodeCode

Codes are generally entered in uppercase letters and with underscores (_). It is important to enter them because they can be helpful if an error occurs.

OrderOrder

The order in which the view in the list of available views when creating or editing the block

Long labelLong label

Enter a label that is longer than the character limit for the Label field.

DescriptionDescription

Enter additional information in this field to describe your view

IconIcon

The icon will appear when you select the view. You can upload an image file.

There are several options for managing the illustration:

Replace with a new fileReplace with a new file

This button allows you to upload a file or a URL to replace the content currently in the field.

EditEdit

Allows you to give more information to the icon.

Three fields can then be modified:

  • WordingWording

  • VersionVersion

Allows you to delete the file added to illustrate the view

If this box is checked, projects related to the displayed project will be listed.

Selecting specific project-specific attributes and using drag-and-drop to arrange them in a certain order relative to one another

Select certain hierarchical elements and drag and drop them to arrange them in a specific order relative to one another. This allows project attachments to appear directly in the header.

RolesRoles

Select specific roles and use drag-and-drop to arrange them in a certain order relative to one another. This allows you to view the people assigned to a specific role the project in the project header.

CockpitCockpit

This is the cockpit type cockpit when the cockpit was added cockpit You can select a cockpit the list:

  • Budget
  • Exchange
  • Planning
  • Resource
  • revenue
  • risk
  • Single budget item (categorycategory and representationrepresentation (to be filled in)
  • Single-value planning(representationrepresentation (to be filled in)
  • Single resource value (categorycategory and representationrepresentation (to be filled in)
  • task
  • budget value
  • Earned value of the resource Dashboards therefore incorporate elements from themes; for example, a cockpit Tasks will display the list of project tasks ( late tasks, completed tasks, etc.)

Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

Add

Adds a cockpit.

A window appears when you click on Add before the cockpit list.

This window appears when you click on Add (a cockpit) at the end of the Consolidated Cockpits view creation form .
This window appears when you click on Add (a cockpit) at the end of the Consolidated Cockpits view creation form .

You can then click on Cancel or Add.

MoveMove

Drag and drop to move one cockpit before or after another.

This will allow one cockpit to appear before another in the view.

EditEdit

Allows you to modify a cockpit that has already been added.

This window appears when you modify a cockpit that has already been created, at the end of the form for creating/modifying a consolidated Cockpits view .

DeleteDelete

Deletes a cockpit added to the view.

Possible actions upon modification

Apply

This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.

RegisterRegister

Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

SeehistorySeehistory

Displays a list of changes made to this view by all users.

Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.

DeleteDelete

Deletes a view.
