This button is used to enter a new start date for smoothing the remaining work . If a new date is entered, then projects already completed on this date are displayed as they are not rescheduled, while the overall remaining work of other projects is smoothed from the new date selected. If the end date of the project or phase is earlier than the selected date, then a new smoothing start date will be entered in the past.
