The summary sheet brings together important information on a project, phase or milestone. It enables the user to quickly consult the information of interest, and export or print it if required.
Two formats are available:
- Web form

Phase / milestone : - is visible from different areas (project, planning, portfolio, etc.).
- is customizable with configurable information blocks.
- The document sheet

- displays information by key: attributes, hierarchical links, roles, etc.
Default settings (not available for new entries in beta version) :
- The format used can be defined in the project parameters (
Settings - Display tab) or template (
Project - General tab). - The platform configuration also lets you choose a default format (web or document) for project or milestone records.

This screen is used to create a view for a summary sheet, which can be found in a phase or milestone.
This view is only used to create summary sheets based on a document. To create web overviews, go to the Administration menu Phase / milestone

Once the project and phase have been selected, this button is used to run the milestone summary sheet : this tests the sheet's rendering. The sheet is then downloaded, containing the elements of the selected phase and project. |

Code Icon It is also possible to link this view to one or more structure values.
If multilingual configuration is enabled, an additional field must be filled in a section Multilingual.
This field corresponds to the object label in the other language.
What screen does this view appear on?
This view is used when you want to run the summary sheet in the project space. The view must be set as default or be the summary sheet assigned to a phase.
This view can be found in the editing of a phase
