summary sheet

The summary sheet brings together important information on a project, phase or milestone. It enables the user to quickly consult the information of interest, and export or print it if required.

Two formats are available:

  • Web form ProjectProject Phase / milestonePhase / milestone :
    • is visible from different areas (project, planning, portfolio, etc.).
    • is customizable with configurable information blocks.
  • The document sheet summary sheetsummary sheet document summary sheetsdocument summary sheets :
    • is in Word or PowerPoint format
    • displays information by key: attributes, hierarchical links, roles, etc.

Default settings (not available for new entries in beta version) :

  • The format used can be defined in the project parameters (Settings - Display tabSettings - Display tab) or template (Project - General tab Project - General tab ).
  • The platform configuration also lets you choose a default format (web or document) for project or milestone records. Global configuration - ‣Global configuration - ‣

Allows you to delete multiple web summary files at once by selecting them.

SortSort

This button is used to sort :

  • in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
  • in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

The forms for creating and modifying a summary sheet are similar.

Allows you to delete a summary sheet .

Displays the list of changes made to this summary sheet by all users.

Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.

Block and block group management

Add a groupAdd a group

Adds a new group of blocks. This allows you to organize the page, and sort the blocks. The maximum number of block groups is 5. If 5 block groups already exist, the button will be grayed out.

If a block group is created but contains no blocks, then it will not be saved during registration.

Setting up the groupSetting up the group

This button can be used to move the group above another block group. If the group in question is the first group, then the button will be grayed out.

Lower the groupLower the group

This button can be used to move the group below another block group. If the group in question is the last group, then the button will be grayed out.

FoldFold

Allows you to fold a block: its label will be displayed, but not its data.

UnfoldUnfold

This button enlarges an element that has been folded: for example, to display all the data in a block.

To add a block, you need to create a block group.

MoveMove

Moves a block before or after another by dragging and dropping.

It is not possible to move a block from one group to another.

DeleteDelete

Deletes a block or group of blocks.

EditEdit

Allows you to modify a block.

PNG exportPNG export

This action is only available for GraphicsGraphics. An export of the graphic block will be downloaded in .png image format, depending on the settings of the web browser used.
