Exchange list

There is a list of exchanges for the project, and a list of exchanges at the platform level. Exchanges

It is possible to view a list of exchanges on dashboards and project summary sheets via the blocks Exchange list Last exchanges created and Last modified exchanges

This screen lists project exchanges. This screen is managed by the view List of project exchanges

Add

Creates a new exchange. Exchanges - Creating, duplicating and modifying an exchange

Duplicate

This button saves time when creating an exchange. It copies information from one exchange to a brand-new exchange.

A form is then displayed.

This button appears in the contextual menu exchange.

Edit

This button is used to modify a previously created exchange .

Modify en masse

This button allows you to modify information on several exchanges with a single click.

This button appears when you hover over an exchange.

Delete

Allows you to delete a previously created exchange .

This button appears in the contextual menu an exchange

Mass deletion

Use this button to delete one or more exchanges at a time. A confirmation window appears to confirm the deletion.

Display and export

Fold

Folds a break (depending on view settings)

Unfold

Unfold a table row: display certain elements (depending on the grouping selected)

Fold everything

This button folds all lines: attributes in theexchange

Unfold all

This button allows you to expand all lines: attributes inexchange.

Sort

This button is used to sort :

in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

Export

This button appears in the contextual menu exchange.

Used to export the list of exchanges. The attributes displayed are those set in the view break or not...). The file is directly downloaded and named EXPORT-DATE.xlsx. It contains :

Subject : Subject orexchange title
Creation date date on which theexchange was created.
Transmitter : Transmitter or creator of theexchange
Message : Message orexchange content
Attachment :Attachment(s)heexchange

Filter

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.

This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

Once selected, a filter remains active until deselected by the user. When logged out, if a filter was active at logout, it will still be active the next time the user logs in.

This list of exchanges can be filtered using several criteria:

Click on Register to apply the filter and Close to return to the list.

Attributes

This button lets you addexchange attributes exchange These attributes must be added to anexchange template . exchange You can then select a template the attributes will be added toexchange created. You can also deselect attributes to remove them fromexchange.

This button adds two fields (if not already added):

Insert template attributes

This button selects anexchange template exchange and insert the attributes added in the template into theexchange. This button appears in the contextual menu exchange.

Attachments

Add a file

This action concerns the Attachment(s) You can add a document to this attachment. For example, if the attachment is labelledDocument 123", you can upload a file entitled .pdf, .html, .docx, .png, .bmp, .gif, .xls, .xlsx, .txt...

Add an attachment

This action concerns the Attachment(s) This button allows you to add a new line to the list of attachments, and therefore add a new file.

🚨

A maximum size is imposed for security reasons: 10MB for each document added. Error Message displayed: The file "XXX.xxx" (x GB) exceeds the maximum size allowed (10.00 MB) DD/MM/YY HH:MM. This is a server configuration setting, default: 10MB.

Edit attachment

This action concerns the Attachment(s) This button allows you to change information about an attachment that has already been added.

This window will then appear:

You can therefore modify three fields concerning the attachment:

Delete attachment

This action concerns the Attachment(s) This button allows you to instantly delete the attachment.

Creating, modifying and saving

Apply

This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.

Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

Duplicate

This button saves time when creating an exchange. It copies information from one exchange to a brand-new exchange.

A form is then displayed.

This button appears in the contextual menu exchange.
