Exchange list

There is a list of exchanges for the project, and a list of exchanges at the platform level. Exchanges

A list of exchanges can be viewed on the home pages and project summary sheets via the blocks Exchange list Last exchanges created and Last modified exchanges

Filter exchange list

This list of exchanges can be filtered using several criteria:

Click on Register to apply the filter and Close to return to the list.

You can also filter this list of exchanges using the exchange

Name	Description
Fold	Folds a break (depending on view settings)
Unfold	Unfolds a break (depending on view settings)
Export	Used to export the list of exchanges. The attributes displayed are those set in the view break or not...). The file is directly downloaded and named `EXPORT-DATE.xlsx` 🚩 This button appears in the contextual menu of the exchange list.
Edit	Quickly edit project attributes (text, date, etc.) Rights required : Modifying an exchange or Modify your exchange 🚩 This button appears when hovering over an exchange
Edit	Accesses the exchange modification form Rights required : Modifying an exchange or Modify your exchange 🚩 This button appears in the contextual menu of an exchange
Duplicate	Accesses the exchange duplication form Rights required : Add an exchange 🚩 This button appears in the contextual menu of an exchange
Delete	Allows you to delete a previously created exchange Rights required : Delete an exchange 🚩 This button appears in the contextual menu of an exchange
All folding/Folding	The chevron in the list header is used to fold the breaks in the list. At break level, the same chevron is used to fold only one break.
Unfold/Unfold all	The chevron in the list header is used to unfold the breaks in the list. At break level, the same chevron is used to unfold only one break.

Creating, duplicating and modifying an exchange

The creation and duplication forms are similar.

Members	This button adds two fields (if not already added): - Sender - Participants You can also deselect fields to remove them from theexchange.
Dependencies	This button adds two fields (if not already added): - In response to - milestone or phase It will also be possible to deselect fields to remove them from theexchange.
Dates	This button is used to add a field (if not already added): - Declared date You can also deselect fields to remove them from theexchange.
Attributes	This button lets you addexchange attributes exchange These attributes must be added to anexchange template . exchange You can then select a template via this buttonand the attributes will be added to the currentexchange . It is also possible to deselect attributes to remove them from theexchange.
Document	This button is used to add a field (if not already added): - Attachment(s) You can also deselect fields to remove them from theexchange.
Share	Allowsexchange to be e-mailed to contacts
Visit	Allows you to consult theexchange 🚩 This button is only available for modification
Insert template attributes	This button selects anexchange template exchange and insert the attributes added in the template into theexchange. 🚩 This button appears in the contextual menu of an exchange
Delete	Allows you to delete a previously created exchange Rights required : Delete an exchange 🚩 This button appears in the contextual menu of an exchange
Add a file	🚩 This action concerns the field Attachment(s) You can add a document to this attachment. For example, if the attachment is labelledDocument 123", you can upload a file entitled `.pdf`, `.html`, `.docx`, `.png`, `.bmp`, `.gif`, `.xls`, `.xlsx`, `.txt`...
Add an attachment	🚩 This action concerns the field Attachment(s) This button adds a new line to theexchange's list of attachments, and therefore a new file. 🚨 A maximum size is imposed for security reasons: 10MB for each document added. ErrorMessage displayed: File "XXX.xxx" (x GB) exceeds maximum size allowed (10.00 MB) DD/MM/YY HH:MM This is a server configuration setting, default: 10MB
Edit attachment	🚩 This action concerns the field Attachment(s) This button is used to change information about the attachment already added.
Delete attachment	🚩 This action concerns the field Attachment(s) This button instantly deletes the attachment attached to theexchange
