This button instantly downloads an .xlsx file containing :

• the Wording of the resource
• the different weeks of the selected period ( period selector) with the entries of completed
• the completed of the resource per week
• the capacity of the resource for the selected period

Export

This button instantly downloads an .xlsx file containing :

• the Wording project and phase
• the different days of the selected week (of the selected period ) period selector - Retroactive mode) with completed
• the total of completed for each day of the week: sum of project and phase entries
• the completed of the resource per week
• the completed of resource per month
• the remaining work of the resource

Export

This button is available in the contextual menu of a structure.

It exports structure details to a .csv file, which contains :

• Code_HIERARCHY : Code structure
• VN_Label : Wording structure value
• Code_VN : Code structure value
• Description_VN : Description structure value

The three columns for level values are repeated if a structure value exists for another level.

Each structure value is included in a line.

Used to export the list of exchanges. The attributes displayed are those set in the view break or not...). The file is directly downloaded and named EXPORT-DATE.xlsx. It contains :

• Subject : Subject orexchange title
• Creation date date on which theexchange was created.
• Transmitter : Transmitter or creator of theexchange
• Message : Message orexchange content
• Attachment :Attachment(s)heexchange
