Manage platform users.
User list
The list of users is displayed.

- Depending on rights, you can view only the user you are logged in with, or a list of all platform users.
- As superadministrator, a new Technical column will be displayed, listing all technical users.
A number of licenses has been defined for the platform: if this number is exceeded, a banner will appear on this screen. It will no longer be possible to create new users. âĄïž View number of licenses and users License management
This button is used to sort :
- in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
- in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.
Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.
View the number of platform users by role.

Import users Allows users to be imported as .xslx .xls or .csv files. This function is for user creation only.
Non-exhaustive list of error/information messages
If the maximum number of licenses has been reached, this button will not appear.

By clicking on a user, you can modify his/her information. Users - Modifying a user
We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.
This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.
By default, only active platform users are displayed. To see all users, simply remove the filter. That assets on the left of the screen.
Click on Register to apply the filter and
Close to return to the list.
Creating a user
This screen is used to create users in the application.
A user will be created when at least the mandatory fields on this form have been filled in and the information saved.
The user will be able to connect to the application using the login and password defined.
Only Users - Information tab is filled in when a user is created. Other tabs must be filled in when modifying a user.
This screen cannot be used to create resources, unless the managed resource is checked.

User modification
This screen lets you modify information, attachments, roles, settings and subscriptions for a user.
Before reaching this screen, you must have selected a user from the user list.
This screen has five tabs:
- Information tab
- Attachments tab
- Roles tab
- Settings tab
- Subscriptions tab
Deletes navigation preferences for the user being edited. All display choices made by the user (unfold, fold, filters, complete/simple in Gantt) will be erased and a "neutral" navigation will be applied.
Awarning message appears, asking you to confirm deletion.
Opens a pop-up window with the current and new LDAP user IDs for the user being modified.

Opens a pop-up window for entering the new password and password confirmation.

Please note that these two entries must be identical.

Delete users in platform administration for deletion or mass deletion
This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.
Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.
User activity allows you to view all the actions performed by the user in a pop-up window. This activity history is sorted by date, from the most recentaction to the oldest, for the selected user only.
Displays a list of modifications made to this user, by all users. Actions are sorted from most recent to oldest.

Deletes a user from the user list. Awarning message appears, asking you to confirm the deletion. After deletion, you return to the user list.

Information tab
This screen is used to modify information concerning a particular user.
However, it is possible to modify certain information in bulk for several users.

- Roles are cumulative: a user can have several roles of different types. Rights are cumulative.
- generalrole priority: if a general role grants more rights than project or hierarchical roles, the latter become indicative.
- Non-attachable objects are fully visible as soon as a right is granted to them, regardless of the role type.
The Super Administrator role is a specific role : it has full rights in the Project Monitor. Please note: its role cannot be changed.
This screen is used to assign and modify roles for a particular user.
However, it is possible to make mass changes to roles for several users. Users - batch edit users

Attachments tab
You can filter the list of users to display only those who belong to a structure.

Add Users as an attached object
Rights are not adjusted in relation to a structure link. Rights are user-specific.

Settings tab
This screen is used to change parameters relating to a specific user.
These parameters are advanced and specific.

Here are the fields found in this screen:
Automatically displays a task calendar url, a milestone calendar url, a phase calendar url and a final URL for an Activity Entry calendar. You can open this link and add one or more of these calendars to a mailbox/calendar manager. The URL is not the same each time the button is clicked. You can choose a project filter and a resource filter for this calendar synchronization.
When applying a project and/or resource filter, copy the link and paste it into Outlook WITHOUT saving. In fact, when you select a project or resource filter and save, the filter disappears and is not saved. You therefore need to apply the filter, copy the URL link and then go to Outlook, click on Add a calendar then From the Internet then paste the link.

Subscriptions tab
Subscriptions are associated with a user and send information by e-mail at specific times, according to defined criteria (such as project filters). For example, the list of activity entries is sent each month.
You can also choose the frequency of e-mail alerts from 9 options, and activate or deactivate a subscription at any time.
This screen allows you to modify the platform subscriptions that concern a particular user.
By default, e-mail notification is received at 5:30 am.
To add a subscription to a user account, the role the connected account must be able to assign the role of the user to whom thesubscription is to be added. field Roles it can affect
It is not possible to modify mass subscriptions for several users defined in the user list, but it is possible to set subscriptions for a particular role and therefore for several users.

Activates a subscription after deactivating it.
Allows you to deactivate a subscription without deleting it.
Allows you to launch thesubscription mail now, even if it's not the designated frequency.
