Select multiple users from the list to filter only those items related to that user. There's a "shortcut": you can click on the user icon to the right of this filter criterion to filter items only for that user's account. (history, your tasks)
For task users, it is possible to check 3 boxes:
- Assigned If the box is checked, then the tasks appearing in the list will be those for which the selected user is designated as assigned.
- Transmitter If the box is checked, then the tasks appearing in the list will be those created by the selected user.
- Participant If the box is checked, then the tasks appearing in the list will be those with the user selected in the list of task participants.
For exchange users:
- Transmitter If the box is checked, the exchanges appearing in the list will be those created by the selected user.
- Participant If the box is checked, then the exchanges appearing in the list will be those that have the selected user designated as a participant in the task.
