Access to the project area and its various components is subject to basic rights. Depending on role on the project, the user will have access to more or less information and functionalities.

The project reception is divided into several parts:

the project header: this is the banner at the top of the screen, with the project logo, label and description, as well as a section that can be configured via a view. Project headerwith cockpits ➡️ project parameters Settings - Display tab
the project's contextual menu , which enables you to perform actions

There are several ways to access projects:

Button name	Description
Focus by selecting a phase	To the right of the project name, select one of the project phases to view/modify it directly.
summary sheet	Directly executes the summary sheet defined by default
summary sheet document	Allows you to select a summary sheet from the list of summary sheet 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header). Rights required : Viewing views in platform administration
summary sheet web	Select a summary sheet from the list of summary sheets Project 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header). Rights required : Consult Web summary sheets Using views in the view selector Using a Web summary sheet in a selector
Focus on the project	This button allows you to return to the project list and filter only on the selected project. This will be the only project displayed in the list. 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header).
Save as	This button is used to create another project from the selected one, or to save the selected project as a project template . Project Rights required : Creating a project from a project (copy) 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header).
Add to snapshot	Rights required : Launch snapshots from indicator evaluation Editing snapshots Using a snapshot 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header).
Remove from snapshot	Rights required : Launch snapshots from indicator evaluation Editing snapshots Using a snapshot 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header).
Export this project in MS-Project XML format	This button exports the project in .xml format. It will be readable by Microsoft Project. It is also possible to import projects in the same format. Delete	Deletes the project. 🚦 For a project to be deleted, its status must be : `Pending validation`, `Validated`, `Refused`, `On hold`, `Draft`, `Cancelled`, `Framed` or `Completed`. Seehistory	This button displays thehistory modifications to an object: date, user, action, object, property, value... Actions are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date. 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header).
Verify the integrity of budgets and indicators	Rights required : Verify the integrity of budgets and indicators 🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header).
Correct the integrity of budgets and indicators	🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header).
Start calculation of calculated measurements now	🚩 This button can be accessed via the contextual menu in the project area (project header). Rights required : Configure technical application parameters
Verify the integrity of financial documents	Sometimes, when a financial document is created, the amount may not be entered in the Summary budget) of the project. Integrity must therefore be checked and corrected.
