Created according to need, these fields are found throughout the application, completing the description of an object. They can be used as analysis axes, report sorting and search criteria. Attributes can be of different types, such as numeric, document, list, etc. They can be mandatory or non-mandatory. They may or may not be mandatory. They can be set in the administration. Some technical attributes are inherent to the application.
Attributes categorized as technical cannot be added to an attribute group.
Platform attributes can only be created via the 
Platform.
These attributes represent the constants needed to create formulas, for example, and are prefixed with UP.
Attributes related to the various themes are managed in 
Administration > Field settings > Attributes.

List of platform attributes
This list contains the 
Codethe Wordingthe Type of objects defined phase, task, document...), the type of theattribute (list, date, numeric...), if it's a mandatory attribute , technical and the theme to which it belongs.
Attribute creation/modification is based on type.
In this screen, you can create and modify platform attributes, as well as theme attributes.
This button is used to sort :
- in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
- in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.
Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

Code Type Unit If multilingual configuration is enabled, an additional field must be filled in a section Multilingual.
This field corresponds to the object label in the other language.
