Lists are called up by the properties or attributes of projects, resources, budgets... themes.
Lists can only be managed via this screen Lists.
On the other hand, attributes specific to each theme can be managed in Administration > Field settings >
Attributes.

This list displays the Wordingthe
Code and the
List for attributes.

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.
This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.
Click on Register to apply the filter and
Close to return to the list.
This button is used to sort :
- in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
- in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.
Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.
Creating and modifying a list
The screens for creating and modifying a list are similar.
The screen is divided into two parts: one for modifying list description elements, and the other for list elements (list of elements, creation, modification, deletion...).
Here are the fields found in this screen:
If multilingual configuration is enabled, an additional field must be filled in a section Multilingual.
This field corresponds to the object label in the other language.

Allows you to modify an item in a list.
Displays the list of changes made to this list by all users.
Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.

The default list item cannot be deleted. To delete it, make another list item the default.
This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.
Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

1. If my list value is used as a search criterion, project filter -> Can be deleted (force deletion via popup).
2. If my list value is used in project forms -> It cannot be deleted directly; the value must be replaced.
