Lists are called up by the properties or attributes of projects, resources, budgets... themes.
Lists can only be managed via this screen Lists.
On the other hand, attributes specific to each theme can be managed in Administration > Field settings >

Close to return to the list.
This list displays the Wordingthe
Code and the
List for attributes.

Creating and modifying a list
The screens for creating and modifying a list are similar.
The screen is divided into two parts: one for modifying list description elements, and the other for list elements (list of elements, creation, modification, deletion...).

Delete a list item. If you have the right to modify an item, you can also delete it. If a list value is used in the application (e.g. on filters): 1. If my list value is used as a search criterion, project filter -> We can delete (force deletion via popup). 2. If my list value is used in project forms -> Can't delete directly, must replace value To replace the value rather than deleting it, go directly to the contextual menu and click on "Replace with". This allows you to replace one list item with another from the same list. The replaced item will disappear directly from the list. | |

Allows you to define a list item as the default. Theattribute that calls this list in an object such as a project will default to this list item. 🚨 The default list item cannot be deleted. To remove it, make another list item the default. | |
