Manage your Timesheet

The activity entry sheet is personal and allows you to declare the time spent on phases or projects to which you have been assigned.

Activity input by users is used to consolidate project workloads in man-days (MD). All the hours or days entered by the user are automatically consolidated at the level of the resource associated with the user on the project.

This gives an overall view of the project's progress in relation to the target initially set. It also calculates the remaining work and allows you to adjust the estimated if the target needs to be reconsidered.

In concrete terms, the next activity entry will be summed up by week, then by month, and finally integrated into the project in the corresponding period .

In the project, this will be directly consolidated on the period for the resource in " completed " and then in " completed cumulated".

🚦
Prerequisites :
  • The user must be linked to his resource
  • The resource must be allocated to at least one project
  • User must be a project team member
