Access your activity data

There are several ways to access your timesheet.

Option 1: via main menu and pin
Option 2: via your homepage
Option 3: from the project
Option 4: from a mail warning

Option 1: via main menu and pin

Pins are available: favourites, Knowledge Center and Activity entries. It's easy to pin or unpin these three items to see them appear/disappear from the navigation bar at the top of the screen. It will also always be possible to access these three items via the main menu. Pins

Quick access to the timesheet via the pin or the menu requires the user to have an associated resource and the right to consult the activity entry sheet.

Click on the Main menu.
Click on timesheet.
Click on the pin to display the shortcut in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
Click on the pin timesheet (one-click access on all screens)

Option 2: via your homepage

Prerequisite: a monitoring block for your allocations must first be set up on your homepage. If you wish to have access, please ask your administrator.

Go to your homepage by clicking on your platform's logo, if you are not already on your homepage.
Click on the block label monitoring your allocations to access your timesheet for the current period .
Click on one of the 3 months in the block to go to your activity entry for the month you clicked on. The active period will be automatically modified in the period selector.

Option 3: from the project

You are working on a project for which you are a resource and would like to access your activity data.

Go to the project on which you are a resource.
Go to theme Resources.
Go to Summary or schedule le remaining work.
Click on the contextual menu of one of the phases.
Click on View resource activity.

Your timesheet appears, displayed according to the active period .

Option 4: from a mail warning

You receivewarning e-mails about your activity entry. You can access your activity entry directly from the links in thesewarning e-mails.

Go towarning mail Project Monitor that concerns your timesheet.
Click on the first link to go to your timesheet for the current period .
Click on one of the other links to go specifically to one of the timesheet weeks and complete it if necessary.
