Change view
One or more views can be created to display user activity data.
The display can be :
- Either a flat list
- Either a list displayed according to break or sortstructure link, attribute)
If all users have the same view, it will suffice to create a single default view .
If you need to create a specific view , depending on your profile or profession, you can create several views, which can be "partitioned" according to hierarchical dependencies.
How to create a view timesheet
- Click on the
Main menu.
- Click on
Administration.
- Click on Model settings >
Views
- Click on
Add.
- Click on Select in the
Resource
>timesheet
- Complete standard view fields.
- Check or uncheck criterion
Defaultso that this view is displayed by default for users of your platform when they open their timesheet.
- Select the attributes that will appear in the timesheet.
- Choose the relevant breaks and sorts.
- Localize the view if necessary: add links to the appropriate hierarchies.
- Click on
Register.
The view has been created. In the activity entry screen, depending on user rights, it will be possible to choose the display mode by selecting the appropriate view .
Export entries
Activity recording can be exported:
- via the map of the same name in administration (.xlsx)
Activity entries
- via the
Export in the
contextual menu the activity entry sheet (in .xlsx for week view and in .png and .pdf for month view )
In the list of activity entries, it is possible to make generic resources appear or disappear. The settings can be found in the
Global configuration - Resource / Budget section.
If the box is not checked, then the filter criterion
Generic resource will not display generic resource activity sheets.
