List of project tasks
The list of project tasks is displayed in two different ways at view :
Tasks are actions to be carried out for the project (or a planning object). They can be assigned to users, have a deadline, a status, a type, etc.
All platform tasks can be viewed
A list of exchanges can be viewed on the home pages and project summary sheets via the blocks List of tasks and Your tasks
💡A cockpit tasks is available if the view Project header a été configurée en ce sens. Le cockpit sera rouge si des tâches sont en retard, vert si des tâches sont en cours mais pas en retard et gris si toutes les tâches sont terminées Le calcul est réalisé en fonction du pourcentage de tâches en retard et de tâches en cours (non en retard) : < 10% ➡ green | between 10% and 20% ➡ yellow | >20% ➡ red

Filter the list of tasks in the project
Click on Save to apply the filter and Close to return to the list.
💡 It is possible to quickly modify all the elements of a task without consulting it - except for the project label.

This button, located at the top of a kanban board column, lets you quickly add a task by simply entering the name and date ofdeadline. The subject is the title of task It must be clear and use the right keywords. | |
This is the project to which the task will be attached.
If you are already in a project and wish to add a task, this field will already be filled in with the project name. | |
The task type can be used to categorize tasks, for example: administrative, project management, technical... | |
The task priority allows tasks to be categorized in a different way, so that high-priority tasks are completed before low-priority tasks. | |
The status of the task changes according to its completion: to be started, in progress, completed, archived... | |
This is the task start date.
By default, this is the time and date the task was created. | |
By default, this is the user who created task. However, this can be changed to select another user.
