List of project tasks

This screen is used to create a view that modifies the display of the list of tasks in a project (and not the list of all tasks in the platform). In this view , you can configure the display of the Task Map Table (Kanban).

Just click on TasksTasks in a project.

Here are the fields found in this screen:

WordingWording

Entering a descriptive label will make it easy to identify in the list of views.

CodeCode

Codes are generally entered in uppercase letters and with underscores (_). It is important to enter them because they can be helpful if an error occurs.

OrderOrder

The order in which the view in the list of view options in the task list

Long labelLong label

Enter a label that is longer than the character limit for the Label field.

DescriptionDescription

Enter additional information in this field to describe your view

IconIcon

The icon will appear when you select the view. You can upload an image file.

There are several options for managing the illustration:

Replace with a new fileReplace with a new file

This button allows you to upload a file or a URL to replace the content currently in the field.

EditEdit

Allows you to give more information to the icon.

Three fields can then be modified:

Choose between: task properties : a list of task properties—in other words, “technical attributes”—that are natively available in the application. task attributes : a list of attributes created specifically for your platform that are not available natively.

This field appears if the checkbox SortingSorting is entered. You can sort the items in ascending or descending order.

This field appears if the checkbox SortingSorting is entered. The field allows you to sort the task list based on the selected criteria (type, date, etc.) and to collapse or expand a break.
