Resource overview screen
This screen shows different representationstarget, completed, remaining work...) assigned to resources and project phases.
A cockpit displays the availability trend for a given phase . This alarm is driven by the consolidation of re-estimated representation alarms.
You can display resources and assignments in a paginated list (see bottom of screen: 25, 50, 100, 200). The choice of pagination is memorized, even if you change pages.
Modification of resource data
Add and remove resources
This button allows you to assign resources so that you can schedule target remaining work.
You must then select one or more phases, the category , and one or more resources.
Adding a resource will add it to the project team (see Setting).
This addition may not be possible if the role a license level that exceeds the current platform limit. See License management

Assigning a named resource
This button allows you to remove the resource from phase(not only for scheduling remaining work), which is only possible if there are no completed entries completed for the resource. This button is available via the contextual menu of a resource.

Edit data
This button is used to enter values for fields: representations remaining work, target, etc.
This button recalculates the scheduling. A window opens: simply select an eligible date from the calendar. This button only appears when remaining work has been entered on the project. The date is grayed out if it turns out to be unselectable: either before the project start date, or after the project end date.
This button allows you to assign a target load target resource to other resources. For example, if the target load target 25, it will not be possible to exceed this number (resource 1 = 15, resource 2 = 10). You can select resources already present in the project or choose one of the resources from the platform.

This button is used to manage resource rates.
The rate is initially entered in the resource profile. Profiles.
This button allows you to change the display: rates are then shown by month.
This button allows you to change the display: the rates shown will not be presented by period month but as set in the resource profiles.
Applying the allocation strategy
This button appears in view Monthly view . It allows you to copy the rate from the period to the other periods of the year.

Validation and notifications
This button validates the entry: it will no longer be possible to make changes to the completed. scheduling can still be modified. Resources will no longer be able to enter completed as long as the lock is activated. A confirmation window appears to confirm that the entry has been validated.
Rights required : Validate the project
By clicking this button, you can send an email to the assigned resources to inform them of their assignment to this phase. A window will appear, asking you to confirm or cancel the sending of the email.
This button is available in the contextual menu of the screen.
This button is used to cancel the validation of the entry, so that modifications can be made again. A confirmation window appears, confirming that the input validation has been cancelled.

Display
This button, located to the left of a phase line, allows you to expand the assigned resources and enable modification of the boxes in a phase.
Clicking on a line expands/collapses the resource assignments.
This button, located to the left of a phase line, allows you to collapse the assigned resources and prevent the resource boxes from being modified.
Clicking on a line expands/collapses the resource assignments.
Analysis and reporting
Unfold a level on the board: unfold project phases, or phase resources, for example.
Allows you to fold a level on the board: fold project phases, or fold phase resources, for example.
This button allows you to expand all lines: projects and phases. This button is accessible from the header line of the resource summary, on the left.
This button allows you to collapse all lines: projects and phases.
This button is accessible from the header row of the resource summary screen, on the left.
This button allows you to export resource data.
The export is downloaded directly: EXPORT-DATE.xlsx
This file contains the same data as on the screen (same representations).
This button is available in the contextual menu of the screen.
Displays the list of changes made to this resource by all users.
Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.
