This page explains how to customize the display of your schedule to make it easy to read and tailored to your needs.

Customize Columns
The left-hand table in the schedule, called WBS, can be customized to display only the information that interests you.
- Show or hide a column : Right-click on the header > Columns > Check or uncheck the desired columns.
- Reorder columns: Click on a column header and drag it to the desired location.
- To resize a column: Click on the right edge of the header and drag it.

Sort and filter
The new schedule allows you to sort and filter by multiple columns at the same time.

You can Hide completed phases to keep only active or upcoming items on the screen. This is helpful for staying focused on the task at hand.
You can click the X in each filter to remove it.
A dot appears to indicate when a filter is active on your schedule.

Sorting is performed on the header of the list of phases/milestones ( WBS section WBS the left side of the screen).
This button is used to sort :
- in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
- in descending order on the second click (up arrow)
To clear the sort: right-click on the header > Multiple Sorting > Clear Sorting.

Traveling Through Time
Zooms out the period to view the schedule in greater detail (from the year to the month, week, or day).

Resets the Gantt view to today's date. This is useful after navigating far into the past or future of the schedule.

When you hover over the Gantt chart with the mouse, a indicator appears to show you the exact date marked.

Expands the period to provide a view of the project over a longer time scale.

Restores the Gantt chart to its default zoom level.

Guideline Lines
- The "Today" row is available on the Gantt chart to instantly view the current position in the schedule. A button allows you to re-center the view this row with a single click.

Compare and analyze
Overlay the target schedule target the gantt chart compare planned and actual progress at a glance.
Columns are also displayed in the WBS section on the left side of the screen.

Displays the critical path the sequence of phases and milestones that determines the minimum project duration is highlighted in the gantt chart. This is useful for identifying at a glance the elements that, if they fall behind schedule, will directly impact the project’s end date.

Show more context
Allows you to display the labels for phases and milestones in the gantt chart. You can choose whether or not to display them, depending on the number of phases and milestones, to better visualize your schedule.

When a manager assigned to a phase milestone, their photo or initials appear directly in the gantt chart in the column manager from WBS.
You can see at a glance who is responsible for what.

Weekends are displayed on the Gantt chart and are taken into account when calculating phase durations. You can adjust your schedules with this information in mind.
