What is plan ?

With plan , it's easy to see which resources have planned or completed activities in which phases, so you can allocate resources to projects as needed.

An allocation corresponds to a resource assigned to a phase or a project. The resource can therefore enter time completed on the project/project. phase Activity entries. project manager can define the target work to be carried out and the remaining work assigned resource.

Lors du premier enregistrement de reste à faire :

À l'initialisation du RAF global, le reste à faire est lissé sur une plage de date (date de début d'une phase/projet ou date de planification et date de fin d'une phase/projet) en excluant les jours contenant du réalisé et du reste à faire détaillé manuel et en excluant les jours non travaillés de la ressource Ressources - Onglet Calendrier

When shifting a phase, if it contains detailed RAF and following this modification the detailed RAF is no longer contained in the phase, then :

Le nombre d'affectations affiché correspond à la somme de toutes les affectations sur une phase pour les ressources/phases sélectionnées. En effet, même si j'ai sélectionné 14 ressources, j'ai pu sélectionner d'autres ressources via le sélecteur de projet, et une ressource peut être affectée sur plusieurs phases.

The project lines/phase displayed are those for which the resource has been assigned, and for which the resource has planned from remaining work and/or completed.

Une ligne Autres affectations contient les valeurs qui soit sont masquées par les options d'affichage (Affectations avec du reste à faire ou Affectations avec du réalisé) ou qui soit contiennent du réalisé saisi en dehors des dates d'affectation. S’il n’y a pas de reste à faire détaillé mais qu’il y a du RAFG, alors le projet peut faire partie de cette ligne.

Selon le paramétrage du calendrier (EN-US), le premier jour de la semaine peut varier. Ainsi : - en affichage semaine, au survol d'une semaine le jour affiché est le dimanche, - en affichage jour, les semaines commencent le dimanche

Button name	Description
Select resources	A pane appears, allowing you to select one or more resources, or even all resources. A text search can be used to find resources.
Filter (resource)	Here is the list of filter criteria (by default) that can be used to select items for export: - Contains - Type - category - That assets - Profile - Attachments - Generic resource
Select projects	A pane appears, allowing you to select one or more projects, or even all projects. A text search can be used to find projects. 🚨The aim here is to select the resources allocated to these various projects, not the projects themselves.
Filter (project)	Here is the list of filter criteria (by default) that can be used to select items for export: - Contains - Attachments - Status - Description - theme - role(user(s) - With milestones late - Father project - Start of smoothing remaining work - template project - project manager - Start date - End date 🚨The aim here is to select the resources allocated to these various projects, not the projects themselves.
Assignments with remaining work	This button will only display resources with remaining work for the selected projects.
Assignments with completed	This button will only display resources with completed for the selected projects.
View	Displays plan capacity according to selected resources 🚩 If no resource is selected, then this button will be grayed out: it is no longer possible to display plan capacity

Full screen	Display plan in full screen mode (always in a browser tab)
Exit full screen mode	Return to a standard view of plan , with the perimeter of plan at the top of the screen.
Modify density	Choice between `Normal` and `High`. With a high density, more resource lines will appear in the list (without changing page). Lines will be thinner than with normal density.
Group by	Select grouping by Resource or Project
Fold everything	In the header of plan capacity: This button is used to fold all lines for all resources displayed: projects and phases. In plan capacity, at resource level: This button folds all lines for the resource: projects and phases 🚩 This button can be accessed from the header line of plan capacity, on the left AND at resource level by means of the chevron.
Unfold all	In the header of plan capacity: This button unfolds all rows for all resources: projects and phases. In plan capacity, at resource level: This button unfolds all rows for the resource: projects and phases 🚩 This button can be accessed from the header line of plan capacity, on the left AND at resource level by means of the chevron.
Folding a level	Header of plan capacity: Allows you to fold a level on plan capacity: fold project phases, or fold resource projects, for example. In plan capacity, at resource level: This button unfolds all lines for the resource: projects and phases. 🚩 This button can be accessed from the header line of plan , on the left AND at resource level using the chevron.
Unfold a level	In the header of plan capacity: Allows you to unfold a level on the plan capacity: unfold project phases, or unfold resource projects, for example. In plan capacity, at resource level: Allows you to unfold a level on plan capacity: unfold project phases, or unfold resource projects for example. 🚩 This button can be accessed from the header line of plan capacity, on the left AND at resource level by means of the chevron.
Edit	Editing is possible on the plan capacity boxes, which correspond to a resource, a project / a phase and a day, a week or a month (depending on the display mode selected) 💡Data shown in bold are those that have been defined manually. Those that are not have been defined via remaining work smoothing (automatic) and have not been modified.
Newsletter	A tooltip is displayed when hovering over a project or a phase for which the resource is assigned. For projects, you can see: start date, end date and smoothing start date remaining work For phases, you can see: start date, end date and smoothing start date remaining work
Contextual information	Information is available by hovering over a box on plan : - `availability` - `remaining work resource` - `completed` - `capacity` This information does not change if the display parameters are modified (display of assignments with remaining work, with completed, by day, week, month, etc.).
Assign to a new project	This button lets you quickly add an assignment to a resource. It triggers a Project selection popup and Phase
View resource activity	This button takes you to the resource's activity entry screen. Activity entries 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu . Rights required : View all activity tracking
Consult the resource sheet	This button is used to consult a resource's file. Resources 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu . Rights required : Consult resources
Remove resource	This button is used to remove the resource from phase/from the project (not only for scheduling from remaining work), only possible if there is no completed registered for the resource. Rights required : Delete assignments from theme resource 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu .
Réaffecter le reste à faire	Ce bouton permet de transférer de la charge (reste à faire) de la ressource vers une ou plusieurs autres ressources. Droit requis : Assigning a generic resource or Assigning a named resource 🚩 Ce bouton est disponible via le menu contextuel d'une ressource ou d’une phase

La modification du reste à faire est permise sur une phase dont la date de fin est postérieure à la date de début du lissage du reste à faire global (RAFG) ou postérieure à la date du jour.
