Start of smoothing remaining work

Allows you to restrict the smoothing start dates of remaining work : - Active month (period pre-defined) - Current year (period pre-defined) - Last 12 months (period pre-defined) - 12 months to go (period pre-defined) - or on a period from one date to another (calendar selection)
