The slideshow can be used to animate your portfolio meetings, such as project reviews.

This allows you to :

• Create the content of your meeting
• Choose the session sequence
• Automatically generate meeting minutes

1. Go to the relevant portfolio then portfolio review > Slide show.
2. Enter the meeting name.
3. Set the timer if you wish to limit the review in time.
4. Select participants.
5. Select all or only some of the projects in your portfolio, by filtering or selecting them one by one.

The criteria on which the portfolio was built are available for information just above.

6. Optional : Click on View projects to see the list of your selection.
7. Click on Create and start the magazine.

1. The review is launched, and each project scrolls according to theattribute set in review. The homepage for each project is then displayed: monitoring information, indicators, graphs...
2. The summary sheet for each project can be viewed via this button.
3. A gauge displays the time remaining if a time has been set.
4. Navigation buttons let you move from one project to another
5. You can also search for a project in a list, sorted here by project manager.

The principle is to consult the information on the homepage of each project.

1. However, it is the reviews and tasks at the bottom of the page that will provide us with information about previous magazines.
2. It will be possible to write a new exchange.
3. It is also possible to add a task.

1. Click on End review.

The review report will be generated automatically, consolidating all project reports.

2. Here you'll find a list of the projects we've reviewed.
3. Review participants are displayed. They can be added or modified.
4. A consolidated report for each project. This report can be modified.
5. The minutes can be shared by e-mail with participants or others.
6. Click on Register.

1. Reports remain available from List of magazines.
2. You can watch the review again.
3. You can consult the minutes.
