This screen allows you to create project reviews in the form of a slideshow. To do this, you can easily select projects and set parameters.

This review is based on the slideshow template created and linked to the portfolio via the SettingSetting of a portfolio Slideshow templatesSlideshow templates

You can view the slideshow in draft mode to test it, or create and start the review.

In the journal, it is possible to:

  • view the dashboard each project (defined in the slide show template)
  • access the project with one click
  • view project details
  • Add comments for each project at the bottom of the screen, in the form of exchanges or tasks.

Creating a portfolio review

View projects

This button allows you to access a "draft" of the upcoming review. The review is identical to the one that will be launched, except that there is no timer or end time.

Create and start the magazine

This button creates the project review and starts it for participants. It will still be possible to join the review unless it has ended.

This is the total time allocated for the project review; it serves as a guide to help you keep track of the duration. The review will not end exactly at the end of the allotted time; this is merely an estimate. The remaining time will therefore be 0 min

This is the total time to be recorded for the entire journal.

End timeEnd time

Enter the desired end time for the review here; it will appear during the review as a reference.

These are the people who will be able to join the review and who will be listed as participants in the review.

You can navigate project by project using the blue arrows, via a menu, or via a quick search.

Actions on the journal

Previous

This button takes you to the previous project. This button is grayed out if the project viewed is the first in the portfolio review.

Next

This button moves on to the next project. This button is grayed out if the project viewed is the last in the portfolio review.

EditEdit

This button allows you to view the list of projects in the review and access them quickly. The list is displayed according to the settings made in the slideshow template associated with portfolio. Slideshow templatesSlideshow templates

Project sheet

This button downloads/opens the project summary sheet set by default (ProjectProject or summary sheetsummary sheet document).

Finish preparation

This button closes draft mode and returns you to the journal creation screen.

End review

By clicking on this button, the review is considered complete and can be found in List of magazinesList of magazines.

Actions on an exchange task

Add

This button is used to add an exchange or task to the project under review. Exchange and task types are set in the slideshow template associated with the portfolio. Slideshow templatesSlideshow templates.

DuplicateDuplicate

This button allows you to easily copy an exchange task that has task been created for a project.

Cancel

This button is used to cancel a current action and return to the previous screen. Please note that any unsaved changes will be lost.

Confirm

This button confirms the creation ofexchange task.

EditEdit

This button allows you to modifyexchange task for the project.

DeleteDelete

Allows you to delete a task exchange that has exchange been created.
