Using the dashboard

dashboard The dashboard is the home page of the platform, project or portfolio. It is made up of customizable blocks displaying information (graphics, lists, etc.). List of dashboard blocksList of dashboard blocks

Blocks can be organized into groups. The maximum number of block groups is 5.

user dashboard or platform

User dashboard can be customized or taken from a template. Platform dashboards can be defined for a specific user, for a role or for an entire platform. Configure your dashboardConfigure your dashboard PlatformPlatform.

In all cases, you can only access data for projects for which you have rights.

project dashboard

A project dashboard is applicable to a project, and is applicable by default to a project template . ProjectProject.

Each type of project can have its own dashboard, with different information. The aim of the project dashboard is to give users access to the information they are most interested in when consulting a project.

dashboard portfolio

Aportfolio dashboard is applicable to a portfolio.

The aim of theportfolio dashboard is to give the user access to the information that interests him most about the portfolio as a whole and the projects that make it up.

Votre tableau de bord est un point d'entrée dans l'application. Vous y retrouverez des blocs de plusieurs types afin de consolider les données qui vous concernent :

  • Blocks on all projects:
    • Information
    • List of Cockpits
    • Graphics...
  • User-specific blocks:
    • Your phases
    • Your tasks
    • Your favourites
    • monitoring your allocations...

If you'd like to arrive on a different page when you connect to the application, you can set up a different landing page. Users - Settings tabUsers - Settings tab

Which dashboard is displayed for my user?

How do I set up the landing page after logging in?

Access to your account settings is subject to rights. You may not be able to perform this action.

Selon votre utilisation de l'application, vous pouvez souhaiter paramétrer une page différente que celle du tableau de bord. C'est en effet possible depuis les paramètres de votre compte.

Pour supprimer cette configuration, il suffit de ne sélectionner aucune page ici : ligne vide. Ainsi, ce sera un tableau de bord qui sera alors affiché.

  1. Click on the Main menuMain menu.
  2. Click on My accountMy account > My profileMy profile.
  3. Click on Users - Settings tabUsers - Settings tab
  4. Select the page you wish to display on login. The list displayed corresponds to all your saved favourites .
  5. Click on RegisterRegister.

The selected page will be displayed the next time you log on.
