Blocks can be organized into groups. You can create up to 5 groups of blocks. You can also duplicate an ex dashboard to save time.

user dashboard or platform

A user' dashboard r can be customized or based on a template. Platform dashboards can be configured for a specific user, a role , or an entire platform. Set up your dashboardSet up your dashboard PlatformPlatform.

In all cases, you can only access data for projects for which you have rights.

project dashboard

A project dashboard applies to a project and is applied by default to a project template ProjectProject.

Each type of project may have its own dashboard, with different information. The purpose of the project dashboard is to give users access to the information that interests them most when viewing a project.

dashboard portfolio

dashboard portfolio applies to portfolio.

The purpose of the dashboard portfolio is to provide users with access to the information that interests them most about the portfolio as a whole and the projects that comprise it.

Your dashboard is your entry point to the application. There, you'll find various types of sections to help you consolidate your data:

  • Blocks on all projects:
    • Information
    • List of Cockpits
    • Graphics...
  • User-specific blocks:
    • Your phases
    • Your tasks
    • Your favourites
    • monitoring your allocations...

How do I set up the landing page after logging in?

Access to your account settings is subject to rights. You may not be able to perform this action.

Depending on how you use the app, you may want to set a different homepage than the one at dashboard. You can do this in your account settings.

To remove this configuration, simply do not select any pages here: leave the line blank. This will cause dashboard to be displayed.

  1. Click on the Main menuMain menu.
  2. Click on My accountMy account > My profileMy profile.
  3. Click on No access
  4. Select the page you wish to display on login. The list displayed corresponds to all your saved favourites .
  5. Click on RegisterRegister.

The selected page will be displayed the next time you log on.
