Voter dashboard provides access to the main and essential elements of your environment.

This page can be set up by your administrator or directly by you.

The theme menu

Once a theme has been selected, such as Projectssubtopics are displayed: Projects, Phases, Milestones. This theme menu lets you navigate multi-project lists. Projects

My Account menu

You can access your account from the Main menu > My account. This menu is user-specific. It provides quick access to recurring, user-specific actions such as timesheet, private filters, etc. My account

Quick search

The quick search allows you to find all "active" items by keyword.

It is also possible to click on the grouping by active object (projects, tasks, exchanges...) and display a list of items in the theme concerned, with a filter containing the characters entered in the search bar. Search

The main menu gives you access to all the themes available on your environment, as well as pins and your account. Main menu

The pins

Pins can be configured in the main menu.

It is possible to pin (or not) certain elements, such as the timesheet, access to the knowledge center and favourites : they will then appear at the top right of the screen, for quick access. Pins
