List of milestones

This screen lists the milestones already created on the platform. Milestones are linked to a project. This is why it is not possible to create milestones via this screen; you must go to the theme Planning in the project area.

La view List of milestones is available for this screen.

This screen can be accessed by clicking on the dashboard block titles Milestones within 30 days

Button name	Description
Project filter	It is possible to apply and display `All projects` 🚨 Project filters and filter criteria applied via the Filteraction are cumulative.
Quick editing	It is possible to modify `List`, `Chain`, `Digital`, `Boolean` or `Date` without leaving the milestone list screen. Quick editing is only performed on one milestone at a time. 🚩 This button is available to the right of a milestone line.
Modify en masse	This button is used to make mass changes to milestones. batch edit milestones
Add to your calendar	This button is used to download a file `.ics` and open it via your mailbox or calendar. The information included is : - Wording project - Wording milestone - milestone Type milestone - milestone Fact or not - Date target milestone - milestone Estimated date the milestone - milestone URL link 🚩This button is available via a milestone's contextual menu .

Filter

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.

This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

Once selected, a filter remains active until deselected by the user. When logged out, if a filter was active at logout, it will still be active the next time the user logs in.

This list of phases can be filtered using several criteria:

Click on Register to apply the filter and Close to return to the list.

Public project filters Project or private Project and the filter criteria applied are cumulative.

Modifying a milestone

Clicking on the milestone label milestone access it directly. The form will then allow you to make changes to the milestone elements.

A milestone be modified using three tabs:

Milestones - General tab

Milestones - Documents tab

Milestones - Advanced tab

Here are the actions available from the contextual menu from the page, i.e. from one of the three tabs.

Insert template content	It is possible to insert the contents of a template from the list of milestone
Add to your calendar	This button is used to download a file `.ics` and open it via your mailbox or calendar. The information included is : - Wording project - Wording milestone - milestone Type milestone - milestone Fact or not - Date target milestone - milestone Estimated date the milestone - milestone URL link
Seehistory	This button displays the milestone 's modificationhistory : date, user, action, object, property, value... Actions are sorted from most recent to oldest.
Delete	Delete milestone Right required: Deleting an object from the schedule or Removing your objects from the schedule
Copy phase end date	Enables the target date of the parent phase to be copied into the milestone being modified.
