Milestones are used to setdeadline for the project, and to indicate the project's level of progress.

Tasks and exchanges can be linked to phases or milestones: this is a dependency.

All milestones created in all projects are displayed in the milestone list. MilestonesMilestones

List of milestones

Screen listing platform milestones. A filter is applied to the parent project label. A break is made on the milestone status ( view setting).

This screen lists the milestones already created on the platform. Milestones are linked to a project. This is why it is not possible to create milestones via this screen; you must go to the theme PlanningPlanning in the project area.

This screen can be accessed by clicking on the dashboard block titles Milestones within 30 daysMilestones within 30 days

SortSort

This button is used to sort :

  • in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
  • in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

Add to your calendar

This button is used to download a file .ics and open it via your mailbox or calendar. The information included is :

  • WordingWording phase
  • WordingWording the project
  • TypeType phase
  • date of estimated startestimated start phase
  • date of estimated endestimated end phase
  • URL link to phase

This button is available via a phase's contextual menu .

FilterFilter

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.

This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

Once selected, a filter remains active until deselected by the user. When logged out, if a filter was active at logout, it will still be active the next time the user logs in.

This list of phases can be filtered using several criteria:

Click on RegisterRegister to apply the filter and CloseClose to return to the list.

Quick editing

It is possible to modify List, Chain, Digital, Boolean or Date without leaving the milestone list screen. Quick editing is only performed on one phase a time.

Modifying a milestone

Clicking on the milestone label milestone access it directly. The form will then allow you to make changes to the milestone elements.

A milestone be modified using three tabs:

Milestones - Advanced tabMilestones - Advanced tab

Here are the actions available from the contextual menucontextual menu from the page, i.e. from one of the three tabs.

DeleteDelete

Allows you to delete a milestone template .

Copy phase end date

Enables the target date of the parent phase to be copied into the milestone being modified.

Cancel

This button is used to cancel a current action and return to the previous screen. Please note that any unsaved changes will be lost.

Insert the content of a template

It is possible to insert the content of a template the list of templates. milestonemilestone

Displays the list of changes made to this milestone template by all users.

Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.

Apply

This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.
