The universal search tool is present in the banner/header bar, so you'll find it in every theme of the application.
Any active object* in the application can be found :
- portfolio
- exchange
- task
- Request
- Project
- Report
- portfolio scenario
This button lets you filter the search results, so you can include completed projects or completed tasks. By clicking on Include completed projects or Include completed tasksthe filter is activated. Clicking again on either of these two options deactivates the filter.
Click the 
Show filters to hide filters.
The search is based on the object's title, description and keywords.
You must enter at least 3 characters to launch a search.
Results are organized by theme and sorted alphabetically.
A dot indicates the number of results per theme.
A project attached to another hierarchical level on the user (confidential project) cannot be found via the search.
* A project is considered active if its most recent status is an active status list value.
