The universal search tool is present in the banner/header bar, so you'll find it in every theme of the application.
Any active object* in the application can be found :
- Portfolio
- exchange
- task
- Request
- Project
- Report
- Scenario of portfolio
The search is carried out on the object's title, description and keywords.
You must enter at least 3 characters to launch a search.
Results are organized by theme and sorted alphabetically.
A dot indicates the number of results per theme.
A project attached to another hierarchical level on the user (confidential project) cannot be found via the search.
* Un projet est considéré actif si son statut le plus récent est une valeur de liste de méta-statut actif.
