Display exchanges for multiple projects

Click on the Main menu > Collaborative > Exchanges

The list of exchanges in multi-project mode is managed by a view Exchange listYou can even create multiple views.

1. exchange filter : use of public filters exchange and private exchange
2. Project filter : use of public filters Project and private Project

This list of multi-project exchanges can be filtered by a number of criteria:
4. Sort by column header

Sort

This button is used to sort :

• in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
• in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

6. Pagination : Number of items found or choice of number of items to display if more than 25 items are found.

This button appears when you hover over an exchange.
