Subscription list

Depending on the event selected, there are more or less fields to fill in to applysubscription. Certain rights must be acquired to access certain subscriptions.

warning of entries (current month included) / (months completed)

This subscription can be used to send a reminder to users regarding their activity entry. This subscription is triggered only if the activity entry appears to be incomplete in one of the months.

3 months are displayed in the e-mail:

the current month, and the two previous months forsubscription warning entries (current month included)
the past 3 months forsubscription warning foreclosures (months completed)

X	This field appears if Frequency is defined on : `Every X days in every month` or `Every Xth day of every month.` Simply replace the X with a number (from 1 to 31). Example: I want to set up my subscription every 1st of the month. Frequency on `Every Xth day of every month` and I replace X per 1.

Automatic export

With subscription , an export can be sent automatically, at a given frequency, by e-mail to the people concerned.

Project filter	You can choose a project filter from those created on the platform.
view	This field appears if the Export type is defined on `Export project resource data`. It will therefore be possible to choose an associated view Export project resource data or Project data export Rights required : Viewing views in platform administration
Compress attachments when sending by e-mail	Check this box to compress the export file when thesubscription
Last month(s)	If the Export type chosen is `Export project resource data`then this field appears. Choose from 1 to 24 in the list: number of months displayed in the past.
Next month(s)	If the Export type chosen is `Export project resource data`then this field appears. Choose from 1 to 24 in the list: number of months displayed in the future.

Automatic report sending

With subscription , a report can be automatically e-mailed to the people concerned at a given frequency.

Project filter	You can choose a project filter from those created on the platform.
view	The choice of view depends on Report type and lists the various reports already created.
Compress attachments when sending by e-mail	Check this box to compress the export file when thesubscription
Last month(s)	If the Report type chosen is availability resources rate table then this field appears. Choose from 1 to 24 in the list: number of months displayed in the past.
Next month(s)	If the Report type chosen is availability resources rate table then this field appears. Choose from 1 to 24 in the list: number of months displayed in the future.

history projects

This subscription allows you to receive by e-mail the history of modifications on a period, with certain information such as the person who completed theaction, the date, the project, etc.

This subscription allows you to have a list of all the tasks (200 maximum) that are in progress, late, or for which you are the sender, in a single e-mail.

That the items late	By checking this box, only the tasks late in relation to thedeadline date will appear in the overview.
Lead time in days	This is the delay time after which only late tasks (in relation to thedeadline date) will be displayed in the overview.
Type	This field is used to select the type(s) of task to be displayed in the overview.

Next month(s)	Select from 1 to 24 in the list: number of months displayed in the future.

view	If a Summary of current planning items (email) is already created, then you can select it in this field.
That the items late	By checking this box, only the phases/milestones late in relation to thedeadline date will appear in the summary.
Lead time in days	This is the delay time after which only late tasks (in relation to thedeadline date) will be displayed in the overview.
Planning items	This field allows you to choose between `- Milestones - Milestones - Phases and milestones` for data displayed in the overview.
Type	This field is used to select the type(s) of milestones/phases to be displayed in the overview.
