Description

Allows you to modify a phase directly. 🚩 This button is available when hovering over a phase line.

A phase can be modified via 3 tabs:

General actions

Rights required

Consultation of a project to which the user is assigned

Consultation of a schedule object

Modifying a schedule object or Modifying your schedule objects

Modification of schedule object dates

Button name	Description
Insert template content	It is possible to insert the contents of a template from the list of Phase Fields can be modified, for example by adding or deleting planning attributes.
Add to your calendar	This button is used to download a file `.ics` and open it via your mailbox or calendar. The information included is : - Wording phase - phase Wording project - Type phase - date of estimated start phase - date of estimated end phase - URL link to phase
Seehistory	This button displays thehistory phase modifications: date, user, action, object, property, value, etc. Actions are sorted from most recent to oldest.
Delete	Delete phase Right required : or Removing your objects from the schedule

General tab

Field	Functional information
Wording	This is the wording of the phase
Code	This is the phase code
Parent Phase	It is possible to define another phase or project as the parent of the selected phase .
Type	This field is used to define the phase type
manager	It is possible to define a user as phase manager .
status	phase status can be changed here
estimated start	This is the estimated start date of the phase . The Estimated duration of the phase is automatically calculated using this date.
estimated end	This is the estimated end date of the phase . The Estimated duration of the phase is automatically calculated using this date.
Estimated duration	The estimated duration of the phase is automatically calculated on the basis of the start date. estimated start and the date of estimated end
Start target	This is the target start date of the phase : the desired start date of the phase The target duration of the phase is automatically calculated using this date.
Fin target	This is the target end date of the phase : the desired end date of the phase The target duration of the phase is automatically calculated using this date.
target duration	The estimated duration of the phase is automatically calculated on the basis of the start date. Start target and the date of Fin target

Type of summary sheet	Choice between `Web` and `Document`.
summary sheet	Selection from the list of Phase / milestone or summary sheet phase / milestone This is the summary sheet that will be launched by default when you click on phase sheet. Rights required : Viewing views in platform administration
Message	This field is used to add a message to phase
Calendar	This field is used to define which calendar will be associated with the phase. Calendars 🚩 The calendars that can be selected here are those applicable to a phase (checkbox)
