Paramétrage - Onglet Affichage.
A form can also be added to a template project (creation or duplication).

General actions
Les valeurs par défaut d'attributs projet ajoutés à un formulaire peuvent apparaître seulement à la première consultation d'un formulaire. Un statut projet de méta-statut peut bloquer la modification des paramétrages du projet ainsi que des formulaires.
