This screen is used to define the elements of a view form. Forms are used to modify a project more easily using attributes. These forms can be used in project creation / duplication templates.

Here are the fields found in this screen:

WordingWording

Entering a descriptive label will make it easy to identify in the list of views.

CodeCode

Codes are generally entered in uppercase letters and with underscores (_). It is important to enter them because they can be helpful if an error occurs.

If the project code is automatically generated, then you need to remove it from the project creation form , so that it is actually created.

The order in which the view in the list of views

Long labelLong label

Enter a label that is longer than the character limit for the Label field.

DescriptionDescription

Enter additional information in this field to describe your view

IconIcon

The icon will appear when you select the view. You can upload an image file.

There are several options for managing the illustration:

Replace with a new fileReplace with a new file

This button allows you to upload a file or a URL to replace the content currently in the field.

EditEdit

Allows you to give more information to the icon.

Three fields can then be modified:

Allows you to delete the file added to illustrate the view

You can add groups that contain attributes. This allows you to modify project elements using attributes that you have previously customized.

Select certain hierarchical elements and drag and drop them to arrange them in a specific order relative to one another.

Select specific roles and use drag-and-drop to arrange them in a certain order relative to one another.

If multilingual configuration is enabled, an additional field must be filled in a section Multilingual. This field corresponds to the object label in the other language.

Possible actions at creation

RegisterRegister

Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

Add

Allows you to add a group of project attributes.

A window will then appear; simply select a group of attributes from a custom list.

This window appears when you click on Add (an attribute group) at the end of view form creation.

Once you've chosen an attribute group, you can then select the attributes in that group to display them in the form in question.

You can then click on Cancel or Add

EditEdit

Allows you to modify the attributes to be included in the form, depending on the attribute group selected.

MoveMove

Allows you to move a group of attributes before or after another by dragging and dropping.

This will allow one group to appear before another in the form .

DeleteDelete

Allows you to delete a group of attributes added to the form.

Possible actions upon modification

Apply

This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.
