Review of portfolio projects
This screen allows you to perform a kind of quick project review without having to go through the slideshow. You can see the properties of the projects in the portfolio, the latest comments and the latest "flash report" or exchange for these projects.
The view that drives this screen is 
If no view has been set on the portfolio, then this tab will not be accessible.
Journal information
Allows you to easily modify the content of a project.

Viewing views in platform administration
Display
Choice between Normal and High.
With a high density, more lines can appear in the list (without changing pages).
The lines will appear thinner than with a normal density.
This button allows you to view this page in full screen mode.
This button allows you to exit full-screen mode once it has been used, and return to a classic view .
Journal exchanges
Allows you to expand the details of an exchange, when at least one exchange been created.
Allows you to close the details of an exchange open.
This button confirms the creation ofexchange task.
This button is used to cancel a current action and return to the previous screen. Please note that any unsaved changes will be lost.
Allows you to add an exchange a project.
This button allows you to copyexchange you haveexchange created. It will be displayed above theexchange .
This button appears in the 
Allows you to delete a previously created exchange .
This button appears in the contextual menu exchange been created.
Comments
Once the comment has been written, this button is used to add the comment to the task.
Rights required :
It is possible to edit and delete a comment that you have written without having the required rights.
