Set a project filter as the default in the list of project filters.
A small tick will appear on the line of the filter set as default.
This filter will be default for the user who configures it as such. This setting can be modified in the User settings.

It is possible to remove a default filter when you wish to apply a filter to a screen (project list...). The default filter will reappear at the next logout/login.
