There are several tabs in the project parameters that allow you to perform certain actions specific to your project:
The hierarchical structure link
- Go to theme
Setting of the project concerned.
- Click on
Settings - Attachments tab.
- Add attachments from the list or by entering the level label in the search bar.
- Click on
Register to validate your entry.
Attachments that can be modified have a "structure" icon.
A round tick indicates a structure structure link structure .
A square tick indicates a structure structure link structure .
As soon as you save your modification, the structure link is updated in all project screens.
The project team
Please note that modifying the team gives or removes user rights.
- In the project area, access the theme
Setting.
- Click on
Setup - Team tab.
- Add users from the list or by entering their first or last name in the search bar.
- Click on
Register to validate your entry.
The list of team roles is displayed. Roles that can be modified have the icon Users
.
Once your changes have been saved, users will be added as team members under the designated team role .
Project display
It is possible to modify the project display for 4 elements:
- Summary sheet
- The project header
- The home page template
- The forms
- In the project area, access the theme
Setting.
- Click on the
Settings - Display tab :
- Edit
Type of summary sheet and
summary sheet.
- Select the
Type of summary sheet for this project: in the form of web (composed of blocks like a homepage
Project), or document (Powerpoint or Word
summary sheet)
- In the
summary sheetIn this case, you'll need to choose a default card for your project.
- The project header
- Select a view in the
Project header.
- The home page template
- Select a model in the
homepage template.
- The forms
- Click on
Edit in the field
Forms.
- Select the appropriate forms for your project. You can hold and drag the forms in the desired order. These forms will then be displayed in your project.
- To validate your entry, click on
Register.
This view will be applied by default when the summary sheet shortcut in the project header bar.
Other summary sheets will always be available in the project contextual menu .
This view will be applied to the project header: cockpits, attributes, external links, etc.
This template will be applied to the project's home page
As soon as you save, your project will be updated with the various views configured in the project settings.
Project themes
It is possible to activate/deactivate one or more project themes.
- In the project area, access the theme
Setting.
- Click on
Settings - Themes tab.
- Click on the button for each theme to activate or deactivate it.
- Click on
Register.
All available themes are displayed. Active themes have a colored radio button; inactive themes are grayed out.
Active themes will appear in the project menu. However, you will need to have the associated rights to access them.
