Modify project parameters

Modify project parameters

There are several tabs in the project parameters that allow you to perform certain actions specific to your project:

  • The hierarchical structure link
  • The project team
  • Project display
  • Project themes

The hierarchical structure link

  1. Go to theme SettingSetting of the project concerned.
  2. Click on Settings - Attachments tabSettings - Attachments tab.
  3. 💡
    Attachments that can be modified have a "structure" icon.
  4. Add attachments from the list or by entering the level label in the search bar.
  5. 💡
    A round tick indicates a structure structure link structure . A square tick indicates a structure structure link structure .
  6. Click on RegisterRegister to validate your entry.
✅
As soon as you save your modification, the structure link is updated in all project screens.

The project team

🚨
Please note that modifying the team gives or removes user rights.
  1. In the project area, access the theme SettingSetting.
  2. Click on Setup - Team tabSetup - Team tab.
  3. The list of team roles is displayed. Roles that can be modified have the icon Users.

  4. Add users from the list or by entering their first or last name in the search bar.
  5. Click on RegisterRegister to validate your entry.

Once your changes have been saved, users will be added as team members under the designated team role .

Project display

It is possible to modify the project display for four elements:

  • the summary sheet,
  • the project header,
  • the dashboard template,
  • the forms.
  1. In the project area, access the theme SettingSetting.
  2. Click on the Settings - Display tabSettings - Display tab :
  3. Edit Type of summary sheetType of summary sheet and summary sheetsummary sheet.
    • Select the Type of summary sheetType of summary sheet for this project: in the form of web (made up of blocks like a dashboard) ProjectProject), or document (Powerpoint or Word summary sheetsummary sheet)
    • In the summary sheetsummary sheetIn this case, you'll need to choose a default card for your project.
    • 🚩
      This view will be applied by default when the summary sheet shortcut in the project header bar. Other summary sheets will always be available in the project contextual menu .
  4. The project header
    • Select a view in the Project headerProject header.
    • 🚩
      This view will be applied to the project header: cockpits, attributes, external links, etc.
  5. The dashboard model
    • Select a model in the dashboard templatedashboard template.
    • 🚩
      This model will be applied to the project.
  6. The forms
    • Click on EditEdit in the field FormsForms.
    • Select the appropriate forms for your project. You can hold and drag the forms in the desired order. These forms will then be displayed in your project.
  7. To validate your entry, click on RegisterRegister.

As soon as you save, your project will be updated with the various views configured in the project settings.

Project themes

It is possible to activate/deactivate one or more project themes.

  1. In the project area, access the theme SettingSetting.
  2. Click on Settings - Themes tabSettings - Themes tab.
  3. All available themes are displayed. Active themes have a colored radio button; inactive themes are grayed out.

  4. Click on the button for each theme to activate or deactivate it.
  5. Click on RegisterRegister.
  6. ✅
    Active themes will appear in the project menu. However, you will need to have the associated rights to access them.
