The project list gives you a fairly comprehensive view the existing projects on your platform.
Several actions can be performed on this list, such as filtering, creating a new project, or updating projects.
Some information can be updated directly in the list, such as priority, weather, status and so on. Other information, such as active themes or certain project properties, can be updatedaction the Modify en masse.

What data is visible from the project list?
- The list of projects is displayed according to a view, which can be modified using the view selector.
Wording the project
- Cockpitsbudget, planning, resources, risk...)
- project structure (related management, or geographical location...)
- Project links (parent project, dependencies...)
- Project attributes and propertiesstatus, project manager, weather, update date, etc.)

List of projects can be set up as a flat view list or as thumbnails. Depending on the view selected, you can display different elements:
Quickly update projects from the project list
From the project list, you can update some of the data displayed in the list.
- Click on
Main menu >
Projects >
Projects.
- Browse projects in list, menuÂ
Edit appears to the right of the line
- Click onÂ
Edit.
- Enter property or attribute values.
- Click on
Register.
The number of projects being edited is displayed at the top of the list. It is therefore possible to click on
Edit on several projects at once. If no changes have been made, the save button remains inactive.
The record button is activated and displayed in pink.
The values you have entered are now saved in your project.
Modify projects en masse
From the project list, you can make bulk changes to projects. The values selected will apply to all selected projects.

Projects.
- Select the projects to be modified.
- Click on Modify en masse.

- active themes,
- and theme validation.
- Set property and attribute values.
- Click on theÂ
Register.
The modification form is displayed, containing :
If no changes are entered, then the Register remains inactive.
The values you have entered are now saved in your project.
