Edit campaign settings
Follow these steps to edit an existing campaign:
- Click on the
contextual menu then Edit the campaign.
- Navigate through the screen until you reach the item you want to edit:

AssetsorCompletedmanager : The person designated manager will be able to view, edit, and delete the campaign. They will automatically be assigned the role manager campaignmanager .
Start date : the date you want the campaign to start.
End date : the date by which you want the campaign to end. Once this end date has passed, cards associated with the campaign will still appear if data entry is not complete. A campaign with astatus "status will disappear from the collection space. Cards may no longer appear if:
- The campaign aims to
status
Completed - AND the entry is complete.
- Click on Add filter criteria, select the criteria that define the target projects (portfolio, status, attributes, etc.). Here, you will see only the projects to which you have access.
- Refine your selection allows you to select or deselect items in your campaign based on the filters you have already set up.
- Click on Add attributes.
- Check the attributes that interest you (you can find them using the search function). You can also uncheck them. These are the project attributes created on your platform.
- Click on Confirm selection
- Select the project roles for which users will need to enter data.

Scope of the campaign
If no filters have been added to the scope, all programs, plans, or actions will be included.
Configuring data collection settings
Limit the number of attributes per campaign. A short campaign achieves a higher completion rate.
Communicate major changes (such as expanding the scope or adding attributes) well in advance so as not to catch contributors off guard.
Role Assignment
Stakeholders with these roles (on selected projects) will receive a notification inviting them to enter data, if this type of notification is enabled. Manage my notifications
Check the list of contributors before confirming: the combination of roles and projects may result in a larger group than expected.
If you remove a role, the affected users will not be notified of their removal. Be sure to notify them manually if necessary.
Removing a manager removes manager role this campaign. They will therefore no longer have access, unless they have a role that includes View a campaign.

Reminders are sent automatically according to the frequency settings until:

This step is optional. If this section does not appear, it is because the administrator has not configured any required attribute .
To create one:Administration > Field settings >
Attributes > Campaign.
5. Click on Register to save the changes.
The changes take effect immediately. If you have added one or more assigned roles, the affected new users will receive a notification and an assignment email based on their preferences.
