Follow these steps to launch a new data collection campaign on Project Monitor.
- Click on
Campaigns since
Main menu.
- Click on Create a campaign at the top right of the list.
- Fill in or verify the general information:
Wording : campaign name
Description : for more context
status : choose
AssetsorCompletedmanager : The person designated manager will be able to view, edit, and delete the campaign. They will automatically be assigned the role manager campaignmanager .
Start date : the date you want the campaign to start.
End date : the date by which you want the campaign to end. Once this end date has passed, cards associated with the campaign will still appear if data entry is not complete. A campaign with astatus "status will disappear from the collection space. Cards may no longer appear if:
- The campaign aims to
status
Completed - AND the entry is complete.
- Click on Next.
- Once everything is filled out, click on Create the campaign.
The form will appear. Please fill in the required information in the various steps:
Step Two Create a campaign - Campaign scope is displayed.
The campaign is created and appears in the list. The designated managers and relevant contributors receive a notification based on their preferences.
