Enter a financial document

Financial document types must first be created on the platform. Create financial document typesCreate financial document types
  1. Go to the desired project (linked to the financial document).
  2. Click on the theme BudgetsBudgets.
  3. Click on financial monitoringfinancial monitoring.
  4. Click on Add a financial document.
  5. Click on the TypeType  of your desired financial document (quotation, invoice, etc.). Types of financial documentsTypes of financial documents
  6. Fill in the CodeCode and the WordingWording . The code must be unique.
  7. Select a statusstatus (Open, Validated...). status is mandatory.
  8. The type of financial document has already been selected. categorycategory is already full.
  9. Select a PhasePhase to be linked with the financial document. The ProjectProject is already selected if you create the financial document from the project.
  10. Select a envelopeenvelope budgetary. Budget envelopesBudget envelopes
  11. Select the DateDate of the financial document. When creating, the next available date appears automatically, but when modifying, if the date is no longer available in the calendar, it appears underlined in red.
  12. Fill in other fields if necessary, such as attachments or even financial document attributes financial documentfinancial document.
  13. Add budget measures if any are missing when creating the financial document. Budget itemsBudget items
  14. Enter the total amount (ValueValue) for each budget and/or each financial year related to the duration of the project or phase (if the financial document is of the distributed type) and, if applicable, a distribution method.
  15. Click on RegisterRegister.
