Financial document types must first be created on the platform.
Create financial document types
- Go to the desired project (linked to the financial document).
- Click on the theme
Budgets.
- Click on
financial monitoring.
- Click on Add a financial document.
- Click on the
Type of your desired financial document (quotation, invoice, etc.).
Types of financial documents
- Fill in the
Code and the
Wording . The code must be unique.
- Select a
status (Open, Validated...). status is mandatory.
- The type of financial document has already been selected.
category is already full.
- Select a
Phase to be linked with the financial document. The
Project is already selected if you create the financial document from the project.
- Select a
envelope budgetary.
Budget envelopes
- Select the
Date of the financial document. When creating, the next available date appears automatically, but when modifying, if the date is no longer available in the calendar, it appears underlined in red.
- Fill in other fields if necessary, such as attachments or even financial document attributes

- Add budget measures if any are missing when creating the financial document.
Budget items
- Enter the total amount (
Value) for each budget and/or each financial year related to the duration of the project or phase (if the financial document is of the distributed type) and, if applicable, a distribution method.
- Click on
Register.
