Create financial document types

Create financial document types

  1. Click on the main menu, then AdministrationAdministration > Measurement settings.
  2. In the Budget settingsclick on Types of financial documentsTypes of financial documents.
  3. Click on Add to create a new type of financial document.
  4. Fill in the WordingWording financial document.
  5. Select the representationrepresentation fed by the financial document.
  6. Select a parent financial document Parent part type codeParent part type code.
  7. Specify, if applicable, the CalendarCalendar used by this type of financial document.
  8. Make available a selection of budget items (generic or standard) to be allocated to the representation concerned. Available budgetsAvailable budgets
  9. Click on RegisterRegister.
