Task notification

task A task be linked to a project, a phase, or a risk.

Tasks are actions to be carried out for the project (or a planning object). They can be assigned to users, have a deadline, a status, a type, etc.

It is possible to view all tasks on the platform via Tasks, all tasks in a project via Tasks, or my tasks My tasks

It is possible to display tasks in dashboard blocks dashboardList of tasksYour tasks

This screen allows you to schedule an e-mail to be sent when tasks reach their deadline.

It is possible to set up e-mail reminders for tasks. There are two ways of doing this:

• in this screen: enable notification of tasks reaching deadline (for all users)
• set up a subscription (at user or role level)

Shipments are made daily, with the shipping time defined in the server properties (by default at 4:30 a.m.).

In this notification, tasks that have expired or expire on the same day are included. The rule is : Today's date >deadline
