List of multi-project tasks

Tasks are actions to be carried out for a project (or a planning object). They can be assigned to users, have a deadline, a status, a type, etc.

The list of multi-project tasks is displayed in two ways, depending on the view :

Why can't I see all the tasks in my table?

There are several possible reasons:

  • You don't have permission to view all tasks.
  • There is a filter applied to the task list (completed tasks, tasks not assigned to you, etc.). Click the "X" next to a filter criterion to view all tasks.
  • The list is paginated: scroll to the bottom of the screen to view the rest of the tasks by switching pages.

Classic task list

Display

SortSort

This button is used to sort :

  • in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
  • in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

Full screen

Displays the task list in full screen mode.

ExportExport

Used to export the task list. The attributes displayed are those set in the view break or not...). The file is directly downloaded and named EXPORT-DATE.xlsx This button appears in the contextual menucontextual menu from the classic task list.

Exit full screen mode

Returns to a standard view of the to-do list.

Creation

Add an assignee

This button allows you to select a user and assign the task with a single click. It is possible to perform a search, and select the logged-in user. If a user has already been assigned to the task, you can use the contextual menu to delete the assignment.

A maximum size is imposed for security reasons: 10MB for each document added. Error Message displayed: The file "XXX.xxx" (x GB) exceeds the maximum size allowed (10.00 MB) DD/MM/YY HH:MM. This is a server configuration setting, default: 10MB.

Edit attachment
