This page explains how to edit the information for a phase milestone the new schedule.

Open the edit window
There are two ways to open the window for editing a phase milestone
Double-click. Double-click directly on the phase milestone the Gantt chart.
Right-click. Right-click on the phase milestone, then click on Edit.
The editing window appears.
Make quick edits without opening the edit window
To quickly edit a value, double-click directly on the cell you want to edit in the WBS section WBS the left side of the screen. This allows you to change a value on the spot without having to open the full edit window.
Edit multiple phases or milestones at once
The new schedule allows you to select multiple items and apply a action to them.
- Select the relevant phases or milestones by holding down
Ctrl. - Right-click.
- Performaction :
Visit contextual menu is displayed.
- Copy
- Cut
- Convert to milestone
- Indent
- Remove the dent
- Add dependencies
- Remove dependencies

- Align the target estimated : The target schedule target be displayed for the button to appear.
Convert a phase milestone
A phase be converted into a milestone having to delete the phase recreate the milestone.
To convert a phase milestone
- Right-click on the phase .
- Click on Convert to milestone.
It is also possible to set the end date to match the start date: if the phase lasts phase one day, it is automatically converted into milestone.
Why can't I convert a phase milestone
Indenting and Unindenting a phase
Indenting a phase it aphase anotherphase . Unindenting moves the phase up phase level in the structure.
From the contextual menu
- Right-click on the phase the WBS.
- Click on Indent or Remove the dent.
Using drag-and-drop
- Click and drag the phase the WBS its new position in the structure.
If you indent a phase itself has subphases, the entire structure indented.
The numbering of phases/milestones updates automatically. When you indent or unindent a phase, its number and those of its neighboring phases are recalculated to reflect the new structure .
Navigate and edit using the keyboard
The new schedule can be operated entirely with the keyboard. You can navigate, edit a value, and indent without touching the mouse.
Good to know
Changes are saved automatically. Every change is saved immediately. An indicator upper-right indicator of the schedule shows you the date of the last save. There is no "Save" button, and the "Undo/Redo" feature is not available in this version.
scheduling may shift your phases. If your phases shift automatically after a change, this is normal: the schedule recalculates the dates based on dependencies. You can disable this behavior phase phase from the phase details by enabling scheduling .
