You can use an automation directly in a project. To use one or more automations set up in a project template , simply create a project using this template.
For example, the Apply a template
has been set up in the "NEW - Request / New need" project template so that it is triggered as soon as the project status changes to "To be launched". Here's how to run an automation in a project:
- Create a project from a project template in which an automation has been set up
Project
- Trigger the status trigger via the type of trigger set (in our example, project status ).
To be validated
)
The automation runs and a message notifies you that the process has been launched.
