You can create a scenario at portfolio and return to it as many times as you like before transforming it into a real portfolio project.

Create the portfolio.
The portfolio projects will be automatically created with all selected candidate projects.
An e-mail is automatically sent to confirm the creation of portfolio.
The e-mail contains the list of projects that have been integrated into portfolio and details of any adjustments that have been made.
