Once the scenario appears to be correct, this button allows you to create a portfolio the selected candidate projects.
An email will then be sent to manager . It contains the list of projects that have been included in portfolio specifies any adjustments (budget) that may be necessary.
The portfolio "correct" once all these changes have been made, project by project (modification of project start/end dates, modification of the budget).
From the email, you can click on the button View portfolio
