Datatalk allows you to query the platform's data and obtain results as a table. Simply select :
- The theme (for example
Resource,Budgetorindicator) - period (all at once, or evolution over time)
- Information to be displayed (example: the
remaining workthecompletedthebudget committedetc.) - The element(s) to be analyzed (by filtering on certain projects, budgets, resources or indicators)
Then click on Run and Datatalk displays a table with the requested data. You can :
- Save the order (search) for later use
- Export data to an Excel file
- Add this table to other screens (e.g. the home page)
It's a fast, personalized way of consulting all kinds of information, without the need for complex reports. You simply select the criteria, and Datatalk takes care of displaying the results.

The list of registered Datatalk queries is available from the search above the creation form . The creator of each query is indicated in brackets.

The query is saved with the following information:
- Choice of theme
- Choice of representation
- Display mode (overview/by project/by budget)
- Period display (All periods / evolution)
Displays the list of changes made to this datatalk by all users.
Actions are sorted from the most recent date to the oldest. This is possible on an already created datatalk.
Allows you to modify a datatalk.
Datatalk properties cannot be modified once the datatalk has been created, except by the person who created it.

Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

Please note that if there is a structure link on several hierarchical levels, the total will be incorrect, as the data will be counted several times. This is the case if projects, resources, budgets or indicators are multi-linked.

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.
This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.
This button allows you to directly download a file DatatalkYYYYMMDDHHMM.xlsx.
It contains the same data as when Datatalk is run in the table at the bottom of the screen.
If the selected display mode is Summarythis button will be hidden.
This button is used to cancel a current action and return to the previous screen. Please note that any unsaved changes will be lost.
This button allows you to execute a Datatalk query based on the fields that have been filled in. If the execution fields are changed, you must click this button again to refresh the data.
This button only appears when creating a Datatalk record.
It simply allows you to expand the properties of a Datatalk at the top of the page.
