Group by

This button allows you to group the different elements of the table:

• by phase
• by gender

Fold

This button, located to the left of risk gravity line, allows you to collapse risks and make it impossible to modify the boxes of a risk.

Unfold

This button, located to the left of risk gravity line, allows you to expand the risks and modify the boxes of a risk.

Fold everything

This button allows you to collapse all rows: risks and severities.

This button is accessible from the header row of the risk overview screen, on the left.

Unfold all

This button allows you to expand all lines: risks and severity levels. This button is accessible from the header line of the risk summary, on the left.

Folding a level

Allows you to fold a level on the table: fold the risks of a severity, fold the severities of a type of risk.

Unfold a level

Allows you to unfold a level on the board: fold the risks of a gravity, fold the gravities of a type of risk.

Seehistory

Displays the list of changes made to this risk by all users.

Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.

Reports

It is possible to run a report. Risk mapping by clicking on the contextual menu

Export

You'll find the same information as on-screen in the export. Each category has its own tab. The export is downloaded directly: EXPORT-DATE.xlsx

Assigning risks

This button lets you assign risks more quickly than using the Assign. It can be accessed by hovering over a category risk line. risk filters are not displayed, but a search is possible. Local and platform risks are displayed. Select the risk(s), then click on Cancel or Register

Validate entry

This button validates the entry: no further modifications are possible. A confirmation window appears, confirming that the entry has been validated.

Invalidate input

This button is used to cancel the validation of the entry, so that modifications can be made again. A confirmation window appears, confirming that the input validation has been cancelled.

Assign

This button is used to assign risks to the project

Remove risk

This button allows you to remove the risk the project.

Edit

This button is used to enter values for fields such as severity and probability.

Visit

This button is used to view tasks related to the selected risk . The user is redirected to the task list. Tasks filtered on the risk in question.

Add a task

This button allows you to add a task will have risk risk with risk . It is possible to insert a template directly. task or create a task any template.
