List of slideshow templates

A portfolio is associated with a dashboard template and a portfolio review. The slideshow allows you to carry out a portfolio review.

To review a portfolio, you can use three different screens:

  • the project review standard Project reportsProject reports
  • slide show (review of portfolio projects one by one) Slide showSlide show
  • Gantt report or timeline Planning reportPlanning report

SortSort

This button is used to sort :

  • in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
  • in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

Add

Name of the portfolio slideshow template. It is important to choose a descriptive name so that you can easily select it when configuring the portfolio settings.

Codes are generally entered in uppercase letters and with underscores _ It is important to enter them because they can be useful in case of errors or during import.

If this box is checked, the project slide will default to the dashboard in the project

These are the exchanges that will be displayed in the slideshow template and in the slideshows that use it. You can select multiple options.

The field name corresponds to theexchange type. Select a number between 1 and 10: this number represents the number of exchanges of this type that will be displayed in the slideshow.

These are the tasks that will appear in the slide show template and in the slide shows that use it. You can select more than one.

You can sort the items in ascending or descending order.

If multilingual configuration is enabled, an additional field must be filled in a section Multilingual. This field corresponds to the object label in the other language.

Apply

This feature is useful for applying your modifications while continuing to change information on the same page. This button is available when you are modifying an element that has already been created.

RegisterRegister

Validates your changes. This may redirect you to the previous page on some screens.

DeleteDelete

Allows you to delete a slide show template.
